Rules for Posting Ads on the Pet Classifieds Board Lucky Tail

1. General Rules

2. Ad Requirements

2.3. Ads must be written in one of the languages allowed on the site (e.g., English or Russian), without the use of slang, offensive language, or derogatory expressions.

2.4. Only one animal or one service may be advertised per ad. Ads that offer multiple animals or services must be separated.

2.5. Posting duplicate ads multiple times is prohibited. Existing ads may be updated after a set period of time.

3. Posting Conditions

3.1. Ads for the sale or transfer of animals must include the seller’s or giver’s contact information, as well as any necessary licensing or permits.

3.2. Posting ads for the illegal sale, export, or other actions involving animals protected by law is strictly prohibited.

3.3. Posting ads for the sale or giving away of sick or injured animals without disclosing their condition is prohibited.

3.4. All ads must comply with humane treatment standards for animals. Promoting cruelty or inhumane treatment of animals is strictly prohibited.

4. Moderation and Responsibility

4.1. All ads are subject to moderation. The administration reserves the right to reject or remove ads that do not comply with the rules without explanation.

4.2. The user is fully responsible for the content and accuracy of the posted ad.

4.3. In case of complaints about an ad, the administration reserves the right to conduct additional checks and, if necessary, remove the ad or block the user’s account.

4.4. The administration is not responsible for the consequences of transactions made based on ads posted on the site. All transactions are made between users at their own risk.

5. Rule Changes

5.1. The administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Users must regularly check for rule updates.

5.2. Continuing to use the classifieds board after rule changes implies the user's acceptance of the new terms
