Prohibited Items and Services for Posting on the Lucky Tail Classifieds

1. Weapons and Ammunition
   - Posting ads for the sale of firearms, cold weapons, traumatic weapons, as well as ammunition and related components is prohibited.
   - Ads for the sale of explosives, pyrotechnics, and all types of weapons of mass destruction are not allowed.

2. Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances
   - Ads for the sale of narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogs, and precursors are prohibited.

3. Counterfeit and Illegal Products
   - Posting ads for counterfeit goods, pirated products, or items that infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties is not allowed.
   - Ads for products that violate consumer protection laws are also prohibited.

4. Documents and Personal Data
   - The sale of passports, driver's licenses, diplomas, certificates, and other official documents is prohibited.
   - Posting ads for the sale of databases containing personal data or offering services for collecting such information is not allowed.

5. Financial Services and Currency Operations
   - Ads offering loans, credits, microfinance services, or the sale and exchange of currency outside the conditions established by law are prohibited.
   - Participation in financial pyramids and other schemes aimed at defrauding consumers is also not allowed.

6. Human Organs and Tissues
   - Ads for the sale or purchase of human organs, tissues, cells, blood, and other biomaterials are prohibited.

7. Services and Goods Related to Prohibited Activities
   - Ads for goods and services related to organizing gambling, prostitution, pornography, and other illegal activities are prohibited.

8. Animals and Products Derived from Them
   - Ads for the sale of rare and protected species of animals listed in the Red Book are prohibited.
   - Posting ads for the sale of products obtained illegally from animals, including skins, horns, and bones of rare animals, is not allowed.

9. Communication Devices and Surveillance Equipment
   - The sale of eavesdropping devices, bugs, hidden cameras, and other unauthorized surveillance tools is prohibited.
   - Ads for devices used for hacking, data interception, and other activities that violate privacy rights are not allowed.

10. Other Prohibited Goods and Services
    - Any goods and services that violate the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or contradict public morals and ethics are prohibited.
