Delivery Process
1. Consultation and Booking

We clarify the animal’s species, breed, weight, age, and available documents.

The optimal route, mode of transport (car, train, air), and delivery timeframes are determined.

A transport service agreement is signed.

2. Document Preparation

Veterinary passport with up-to-date vaccinations.

Form No. 1 certificate or international veterinary certificate (depending on destination).

Microchip certificate and pedigree (if applicable).

For international deliveries — we assist with export permits and customs documents.

3. Transportation Options

Within Russia: delivery by climate-controlled car, train (with courier escort), or by air (in cargo hold or cabin as per airline rules).

International deliveries: by air, ground, or mixed transport — according to destination country requirements.

4. Door-to-Door Delivery

Our courier picks up the pet at the client’s address.
